For Us Bakery had already earned a loyal following through thoughtfully crafted desserts, warm service, and a personality customers genuinely remembered. Yet while those qualities defined the in-person experience, they were largely absent online. The website functioned as a menu, but it failed to communicate what made the bakery special.
Rather than creating a new identity, the redesign focused on uncovering and expressing the one that already existed. Product presentation, visual hierarchy, and brand expression were reimagined to better reflect the warmth, craftsmanship, and care customers associated with the bakery.
Research and usability testing helped refine the experience beyond aesthetics alone, revealing opportunities to better support browsing and decision-making. The result is a website that feels less like an online menu and more like an extension of the bakery itself—capturing the experience customers had come to know and remember.
